Live Virtual Workshops
Have you ever had difficulty getting to a workshop venue to see someone you admire do their thing? Maybe it was in a city far away. Maybe you couldn’t get the time off from work/family. Have you ever been totally psyched about a workshop artist coming to your community studio, only to see the workshop cancelled or postponed? Our workshops are created with the notion that the show must go on! These workshops are designed to give you access to the best in the business! Because we are bringing them directly to you via Zoom, you won’t have to worry about a cancelled flight, a weather delay or a missed opportunity.
We think it’s paramount that artist-presenters receive their due, so we enter a partnership that gives them buy-in, profit share and sustainability. At the same time, we want our audience to have the best in quality excellence while having a fun and engaging time.
To accomplish these goals: Virtual Workshops. We’ve partnered with a few artists that we know you love and scheduled workshops where you can tune in to their processes and techniques. We use the Chat feature so you are be able to ask real-time questions and get feedback. Your video and audio feeds are hidden so you can join from the comfort of your home in your pajamas if you like! Our host Tommy Frank makes sure the visuals are great, helps you get your questions addressed and answered and occasionally adds some banter.
The workshops take place on Zoom and often right inside of the artist’s studio. When you purchase the class, a link for a digital download will be emailed directly to you. That PDF document must be downloaded within 24 hours and will contains the login information you need to join us, even without a Zoom account.
Each workshop is roughly 2 hours long and features the following:
- Great instruction and demonstration from artists you love
- Interaction with them via Live Chat
- Free link to the session recording after the workshop is complete
- One year of access to rewatch the recording as many times as you like
Each workshop session starts at $45.
