Join Arthur for this 2-hour workshop while he demonstrates the underglaze monoprint image transfer technique he uses in his artwork. Arthur will share the technique that he has mastered using simple newsprint and commercial underglazes straight from the bottle. He’ll share some of the stories and imagery that influence him as he creates his work. He will cover soup to nuts his entire process while making plates/platters. Topics will include the newsprint he prefers, timing for application, what forms work best, and how this process can be applied in other ways. Come hang out with us and don't forget your sketchbook! There will be time during the workshop for questions and discussion.
