Some are rather insignificant, but some can make the difference between a mediocre piece and a one that pushes your personal boundaries of success ever forward. I never sit down at the potters’ wheel without trying to make the best pot that I can make. Rarely do I accomplish my goal, but over time this attitude makes me a better potter!”
